Sebagaimana ritual “Ngonthel mubeng negoro” yang diadakan setiap hari minggu pertama setiap bulannya, pada 6 April 2008 komunitas Podjok mengadakan tour ke Srandakan Bantul atau 30 km selatan Kota Yogyakarta sekaligus menengok anggota Podjok yang berdomisili di kawasan tersebut.
Pagi yang cerah, wajah sumringah, mengawali acara ritual bulanan ini yang terbalut dalam ikatan kekeluargaan yang begitu erat. Acara dimulai dengan berkumpul di depan Pagelaran Kraton Yogyakarta pada pukul 07.00, kemudian berangkat bersama-sama ke Srandakan pada pukul 08.00 yang diikuti lebih dari 60 kerabat podjok. Perjalanan menuju srandakan yang berjarak +- 30 km dari Pagelaran Kraton Jogja berjalan lancar, dengan diiringi riuh canda tawa kerabat podjok selama diperjalanan, jauhnya jarak yang ditempuh inipun tidak terasa.
Di tempat tujuan, rombongan disambut hangat oleh keluarga Pak Beno cs dengan jamuan makan siang tahu kupat dan cemilan ala Srandakan (uenak tenan dab!).
